One of our local Wooster companies is seeking a Production Supervisor..

Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Wooster

Pay: Based on Experience

Schedule: M-F, Day shift, 8 hours

Responsibilities:

The Production Supervisor will work directly with the Plant Manager and Associates to ensure production numbers are met and operations perform at or above expected levels. He or she will also be tasked with maintaining a safe, legally compliant workplace, and enforcing compliance with all corporate policies and procedures.

• Requirements:

• • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Supervisory experience in a Manufacturing/Production environment. At least three years of experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to lift/push/pull 50 pounds.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and provide feedback to production workers.
  • Ability to work extended hours when necessary.

Education and/or Experience

• HS Diploma
