Staffing Partners is seeking a Bead Operator.

Position: Operator - Beading Dept

Location: Shreve 

Pay: $16.00/hr

Schedule: Shift is 2p-10, Mon - Fri.

Job Desc:

Process includes taking wet product into a bucket- through screener, than material drips out of needle, drops into a solution, (which forms the beads), beads drop to bottom of tank, beads moved from tank with water pump, beads flow into bin, EE takes bins and stacks them to drain, puts empty bin into place, (ALL SHIFT): Employees than  take bins to bake out oven and insert into oven, (to Kiln operators). After beads are fired employees take them back to bead operation and EE dumps beads into screener to separate good beads from bad beads, than through another unit to further separate good beads from bad beads, good beads trail into sacks.

Education and/or Experience

• Must be a High School Grad
