Civil Engineer - Direct Hire

Salary range:  $60-75K

Relocation assistance:  Not likely, unless the candidate was truly outstanding.  Strong preference to seek in north central Ohio.

Start date:  May 15th

Must have skills:  U.S. citizen or permanent alien.  Attention to detail.  Strong experience with AASHTO, Ohio DOT and other pertinent design manuals.  Excellent written and personal communication skills so they can interact effectively with clients and fellow employees to get projects done accurately and promptly.  Can quickly spot detailed differences and follow example designs or plans.  Strong initiative but will ask questions if they don’t understand how to proceed with a design or project.  Sufficient experience to know how to self-educate regarding new or unfamiliar design methods.
