Job Description
A local metal fabrication company is hiring General Laborers to join their team. Some industrial experience preferred but not necessary. An attendance bonus is earned just for showing up on time and working your scheduled hours!
Location: Mansfield
Pay: $14/hr + $1.00/hr attendance bonus *Promotional $200 Employee Bonus - Visit our website for promotional rules
Schedule: 5am-2:30pm M-TH & Friday will either be 6 hours or 8 hours. Supervisors will communicate Friday/Saturday hours as needed.
Responsibilities
- Spot Welding, Mig, Tig and Robic Welding
- Assembly
- May learn to operate any of the presses except the large coil presses
- Saw Cutting, Hydroform
Skills
- Effectively and safely operate the assigned machine
- Attention to detail
- Dependable
Education and/or Experience
- Prefer some factory/Industrial exp
